Official Statement on Founding History

Ross Business Institute hereby issues this statement to clarify our founding and legal registration history.

1. Official Founding Year: 1993
Our founding team officially launched business education programs in 1993. Between 1993 and 1997, we completed core curriculum development, faculty recruitment and pilot teaching operations. 1993 is recognized as the official founding year of the institute.

2. State Corporate Registration: 1997
After years of stable pilot operation and a fully standardized education system, the institute formally completed corporate registration with the California Secretary of State on July 17, 1997.

3. Clarification on Time Difference
In accordance with common practices for private education in California, institutions may conduct preparatory and pilot operations prior to formal state registration. All information above is true and accurate.
